SuiteSearch.com was founded in early 2010 in the depths of the recession.  It was founded on the passion of helping small businesses navigate the process of finding flexible office space that would work for them as they continued to grow.  With more than 80% of available space at the time being 2,500 square feet or less, it was a huge segment of the market that was undeserved as traditional brokers did not want to spend time helping the “little guy.”  Our business model has changed through the years, but our passion, discipline and focus on helping business owners find the best office space for their needs has never wavered!

Our Process

1. Identify

Whether through email or an initial phone call, we quickly get to the point and help find you exactly what you both need and want. We provide you with OPTIONS. We set up tours with only the options that you identify with.

2. Refine

Once we receive your feedback, we negotiate the best terms, to get you the best deal. Although it may seem straight forward, there are multiple concessions that can be negotiated and it is often after someone has signed their first lease that they reach out so we can help negotiate their BEST lease.

3. Sign

Once you agree on the terms of the deal, we send you the documents to sign and you can plug and play in your next office!
